Most seeds can be planted in fall or early winter, which allows for natural cold stratification. If you miss fall planting, spring planting also works. Instructions are provided with each kit.

The seeds are non-GMO and not coated with chemical pesticides, fungicides, or synthetic treatments. They are selected from plant species native to parts of North America that are widely recommended for pollinator habitat.
The species included in our kits are native to overlapping regions, with the strongest overlap across much of the eastern and central United States. Each product page clearly lists the specific seed species included.
